Each of the three 1-bedroom apartments is over 600 square feet and equipped with the following amenities:
- Fully-sized, functional kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, dishware, silverware (no dishwasher in Bella's Bungalow)
- Iron and ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Linens (bed linens, bath towels and beach towels)
- "Check-in" day supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, mounthwash and body lotion.
- Hand-held vacuum/broom
- Variety of books, board games and magazines
